Dove Properties

My wife and I found the experience with Dove properties excellent from start to finish. We were impressed by how responsive staff were. We were eager to move back to Sheffield and had a viewing / contract signed and moved in in approx 10 days! Compared to some other agents we have used we actually felt like the staff wanted to help! Thanks very much to all we communicated with and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place. + we re loving the house on hunter hill road!

We had a great experience looking for a house and all our emails and queries were answered very quickly! The person dealing with us and our house was Emma Carver and she was a massive help to us, she always responded quick and helped us with anything we had to ask! We would recommend Emma and Dove to any students looking for student housing.

Everyone I've talked to at dove have been very helpful and understanding, especially given current circumstances. Every time one of us encountered a problem there was someone to help us and let us know what we needed to do next and response times were always very fast. I would defintely recommend Dove Properties to other university students looking for accommodation in Sheffield!

Booked a viewing with dove and was told 5 minutes before my viewing (after driving an hour) that the property was taken, I did not receive any apology of any kind until I emailed them later that day. I was then told that houses are let on a 'first come first serve' basis without being told this when I booked the viewing. It seems other, more customer focused letting agents in the area hold the houses for 3 days after viewing before allowing others to view and sign for them. I would avoid and opt for a more customer orientated letting agent such as Merali if I were you.

The letting Dept were extremely helpful- both Jodi and Emma did everything they could to help . I mostly spoke to Jodi who was so patient getting all the information from the students + friendly + helpful. Many thanks to them . This is the 3rd house through Dove my kids have rented + we have had a good experience each time. Staff always available when we ring ( not the case with some other agencies !) .Many thanks, from Caroline and Rhodri Thomas

As Landlords we receive excellent support both in securing tenants and especially with the maintenance side of things. Sarah in the maintenance team has been fantastic in overseeing our insurance claim and repairs following a water leak from the flat above. Dove give holistic support and I recommend them to you!

Very professional and helpful regarding my new student property! All the documents were sent over easily and email responses were very quick and efficient, particularly from Jodi and Emma, who I dealt with directly! Would recommend!
