Douglas electric co.

As a customer, my experience with this company was decent. The website provided good information about their services, and I found it easy to navigate. However, I encountered some delays in receiving a response to my inquiry, which was a bit frustrating. The quote I received was reasonable, but I had hoped for a more detailed breakdown of the costs. The technicians who came to my property were professional and completed the job satisfactorily, but the overall communication could have been improved. I appreciate the work that was done, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and transparency.
