Great people to deal with. They allowed me to have my repair shop inspect the vehicle before purchase. They shared the history of the vehicle with me so I knew exactly what I was getting. Very happy with the entire transaction!

I saw a vehicle online that I liked so the owner sent the truck down from Portland Oregon, it was a diesel truck, When it was sent to there shop they hid the fact that it leaked radiator fluid, they detailed it and added fluid so that I would not know. Do not buy from this company, the owner will not fix or help out! Nicole the manager knew about this and kept it from me!!!!!!!

I bought my car from this lot in April of 2018...i absolutely love my car and I'm glad i bought it....however, when i bought it there was a verbal agreement that the minor body damage to the car would be fixed promptly and efficiently...this was not the case though..i was patient and would contact the dealer every couple months, sometimes i got no response and the other times i got the run around, always being the one who had to make contact.... Finaly after 10 months and a firmly sent message to the dealer he sent me to someone to get it fixed....i was pretty upset to not only find out that he had a resource, from day one, to fix my car but he has used this resource many times before with other vehicle's.... After 10 months my car was fixed, at the cost of the dealer, and it looks great... I am happy that the dealership finaly took care of this as per our agreement..... If this dealer would have treated me as a valued customer and lived upto there end of the agreement in a timely and professional manner i would be buying my next car or truck from them this year.....however i will be going to a more professional and customer oriented dealership this year for my vehicle...i would not recommend this dealer to anyone...if you do decide to buy from douglas auto group i highly recommend getting everything in writing with a time frame or having any issues or damage fixed before you hand over a penny. I wouldn't even give this dealership one star but you have to in order to post.

I purchased my vehicle from Douglas auto about a month and a half ago and was promised that my paperwork would be sent to the DMV immediately. The reason why I put quotation marks around my vehicle was because as I write this review, the dmv still has not received any paperwork from this dealer and the dealer tells me after a month of purchasing the truck that they don t have a title for it, meaning I cannot register this vehicle as mine. GREAT. The owner will not return my calls and when I speak to Nicole all I get is the runaround from her. On top of that, the truck has mechanical issues and with the customer service that I m experiencing with them now I m sure nothing will be done to make it right. Learn from my mistakes and take your money somewhere else.

Great customer service! Maria waited for us after closing for us to get there and was very patient and kind! Very bright personalities and will tel you the truth about the vehicles as well, definitely recommend!

I just bought my 03 dodge ram from them today. They did an excellent job hooking me up with a bank that would lend to me and suggesting other banks for me to try to get approved. They worked with me to get a good deal on an excellent truck...thanks...im stoked!!!

I like this place but the owner is never there you have to call ahead of time and there is no sign they would probably do better business if somebody was there full time with a sign but the owner was very nice and helpful

If your smart enough to check the reviews you'll be better off than i was walking into this car lot. I paid over 2 thousand dollars for a car that I've had for a month and have had nothing but problems with and is now broken down. Thanks douglas auto !! I feel taken advantage of. Do you're research people!
