Dorado Golf Course

It was nice and it wasn't too busy today. The staff was kind of cranky though. I bring my son with me who is 4 years old and he loves to hit from where I hit and then we stop and pick up his ball an go to mine again. They did not like that at all and came out and got on to us for having him hitting it even though I told them what he does when I was paying. He does so good normally and follows the rules really well so he can come back. He absolutely loves golf and due to the lack of interest in our youth in golf I didn't appreciate their attitude toward him. That seems to be the atmosphere there a little. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to bring their little ones to enjoy the game. Other than that it was fun. The course could use some TLC as well. The new remolded building looks great however.

Slow pace of play!!! Greens in shape. Fairways nice. But miss fairway or green and the surface is hard packed dirt. A little pricey for the golf experience.

It's home. Comfortable neighborhood, good neighbors, safe and welcoming.

One of my favorite golf courses to play when i was younger and will return soon, awesome prices and nice green grass as well only down side to it would be the houses that you have to watch for on the side of the golf courses.

I've enjoyed golfing there for years. Nice little executive course. Par 72.

The place is really nice until I started delivering food for a local restaurant back in 2008 I would have never known how nice some of the houses back there are. I made some really good tips there. I always thought it was a golf club resort not a full on residential area.

The golf course is large! We had a great time for being our first time. There was one guy who was rushing us to move faster even tho we payed for the whole day. Either was we had a great time

Have they remodeled the clubhouse and fix the greens a lot better playing

4s and 3s, have fun fooling your friends. Great Course and Friendly Staff!

Worst course I ve played in my life. Tee boxes were unkept, no driving range, grass left shaggy and too many dry/dirt spots. Won t be coming back. Spend your money somewhere else even if you pay $50 more for 9-holes.

Mitch Dye, Just finished. Round. Very enjoyable. Friendly stall. Greens were a little slow. All in all a nice round of golf.

This is an executive length course that is also walkable. My wife and I played this course several times in January and enjoyed the golf and the walk. Management is very friendly and accommodating. Recommended as one of the best executive length courses we have found.

Quick round of golf for those in a hurry days, great staff that s always friendly, costs for 18/cart is reasonable considering others. My only negative is the food choice, quality and it s costs. Just bring your own sandwich or eat before you T off. All in all it s a fantastic course for beginners and pros that s fun for everyone.

Course is in great shape. I beat my brother !!!! So yeah and 22 over par is about average for me but, I won so who cares

Beautiful little course. Hard to believe it's right in the middle of urban Tucson's Eastside. Lush, green, quiet and serene. Not as easy as I thought it would be and appreciated the challenge. Most of all, the gentleman in the clubhouse/pro shop was one of the nicest I've encountered. I am not any aspiring tour pro and just love being out on a good course without breaking the bank. I've found a home with Dorado and am excited to come back again and again!

Great fun course with some challenging water holes!

Dorado is close to my home, and normally tee times in the afternoon are possible same day. Thus I can often play at a moment's notice. As an executive course, distance works well for my wife who is not a big hitter. 18 holes can be walked in 3+ hours. Good for practicing short game skills.

Dont hit the wrong way on 17! Kenny stood in awe of the view for at least 30 minutes!

Golf was decent but I was charged the full junior rate for a 3yr old golfer I told them would only hit a few times.

It's an executive course. Not my cup of tea but they do a good job with what they have.

Over seeding so only playing front 9 ( back is closed ). Fairways and tee boxes are in great shape but greens are slow and not fully mowed to original size

A disappointment. Course had greens that we're recently sanded, tee boxes largely uneven, staff in pro shop painfully slow and price was excessive for quality of course.

It's a great Golf Course lots to do plenty of greens has golf carts and attendee as well as a shopping store.They have food, Beer. soda, and snacks.

The golf course is in great condition and the staff is very accommodating. My favorite place for a quick round of golf.

It is only a par 62 course and they have killed all the fairways.

A modest camp but much older adult has fun, is between houses

Don t waste your money!!! I always enjoyed Dorado, but this time not so much. I won t golf there again until I know they take course maintenance seriously. Most of the tee boxes are closer to what the rough should look like. On a couple holes you could hardly see the box markers in the long grass.
The holes have grass growing into them, shrinking the hole size in half in some cases. The bunkers have numerous weeds growing in them. And fairways and fringes in many spots have grass so long it makes it difficult to find your ball, let alone hit it.
Sorry Dorado, I like your course...but this morning your stole my $29.

Nice staff. Course is nice. Won't wow you. Kind of loud with construction and landscapers working near by

I really enjoy this course. Beautiful water hazards, even with turtles. Nice to walk or ride. Only two tee boxes.

Great little course. It is pretty forgiving for someone who has not played in awhile.

Reasonable prices and friendly service on entertaining course. Grass condition is varied in June. Some greens very rough.

Need to mow more often, the rough is so long you can't find your ball! Not everyone can hit it straight every time!

Great executivr course 61par its cool clean green were nice no "bad" areas my first time was today my birthday thank you. I had fun I played 44holes lol

Great little course. Never busy after 10am. Lots of short game practice, but still can pull your driver to boom a drive or two.

Fantastic little par 3 course. Great place to work on your short game. It's in decent shape. Greens are a little bumpy, but not too bad.

Well kept course, not great for beginners. The course is very narrow and surrounded by houses.
