L’Azienda si trova ad un’altitudine media di 350 m s.l.m., i cui vigneti sono allevati a spalliera con densitàper ettaro di 4000-5000 piante. La tipologia dei terreni è di medio impasto e sabbiosi. I vigneti , accuratamente seguiti da tecnici competenti, sono coltivati con metodi bio-compatibili, controllati e certificati da QC&I International Services. La raccolta viene evasa manualmente e posizionata in cassette di plastica.
