Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered. My story is simple. I called and emailed Daisy on January 29th 2019 regarding a quote for some trusses. I got a response on March 19th 2020. How did it take you OVER A YEAR to get back to me??? I can t even begin to explain how terrible this is. Our house is already completely built!!!! DO NOT EXPECT A RESPONSE FROM THEM SOONER THAN A YEAR.

This place is fantastic! I needed some floor trusses, so I contacted them and sent over drawings. They had a quote back to me fast, and the trusses were built and delivered in around 10days. Everyone I talked to was professional and nice. The trusses are excellent! I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat.

As an associate of MO CONSTRUCTION Company, we want to make a comment to Dog Town, Daisy and project coordinator John. When we initially called John he was on time, very cordial and helpful, service provided was exceptional we had to delay the delivery of our truss, three times, due to City of Las Vegas backed up at the time. Dog town (Daisy) was very helpful and accommodated us with 3 different delivery times. We offered to pay a fee and it was not accepted. They were very understanding & helpful, a joy to work with.
We have been in business over 30 years! Never have we given a recommendation but there service deserves it! Great job
