Terrible Terrible experience with this company. Spoke to someone who claimed they were the "sales manager" who was extremely rude and short with me when I was trying to get a quote for a new machine for my CPA Office. Then told me that I would be receiving a phone call from one of his reps soon. Never heard anything back from them. And when I would try to call back, no answer. NO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.

We lease our equipment from Document Systems for the last four to five years and they look after our machines at our request or use of equipment, and then dispatch a repair man to replace used parts as per use.

Calling in we usually speak with Michelle to schedule our service calls. She is always such a sweet positive person to speak with, very personable. Our technician is Mr. Mike Pitts and he is definitely a strong peak of the day. He is always on time, he always knows just what is wrong and does a great job to fix any issues we are having with our machines. Even if a part comes in that isn't 100% compatible he finds a way to make it work. He is a friendly guy and has a great sense of humor. we HIGHLY recommend using Document Systems and hope you get to experience the presence of Michelle and Mike. :}
