Be careful with this place!! Elysee Njontu does not understand English well and does not provide the care that one deserves. He blames you if your insurance doesn't cover medication. He refuses to help you as his patient. If you have kids and love them and worry about them. This gentleman is not for you he told me i shouldn't worry about my kids ?? I could really go on about this man and how I had to seek others doctors for help to get this man to do his job but I wont. Mr. Njontu was/is very unprofessional during the Telehealth appointments. He had his family walking by the computer looking at me ,yelling and screaming around him. I'm not sure what happened to the Hippa law on this. I was trying to find someone who understood Anxiety and Ptsd during the pandemic before this happened as I felt I deserved better treatment. If you have things like these please be careful. I do hear other providers in this place are wonderful. If you don't fit well with someone don't wait to change providers like I did. You deserve the right care by the right provider.

Stay away from this place!!! It is a complete joke, the providers are extremely unprofessional and they tried charging me for visits I never attended over 6 months after leaving the practice. They have no clue what they are doing.

Was advised to come today to pick up paperwork. Confirmed was arriving shortly. When I arrived office was closed and no one to be found.

Would'nt recommend this company.. very unprofessional and no customer service...my child has been seen by a therapist on 6th St location..her therapist disappeared and the practice moved to Dartmouth without warning..when trying to contact Dartmouth on several occasions..no answer.. finally the other day someone actually picked up the phone..when it was all said and done..they told me they couldn't see my daughter at new location because it was my previous therapist job to have found me a new therapist and that there was nothing they could do..now this is coming from the owner..how the hell it's my fault..you hired the therapist so as a owner CEO of the company..you should have made this right..now my daughter has to search for new therapist which takes months..thanks alot dlh consultant

Advertises as offering Spravato, was told they aren't accepting anyone for Spravato. This practice should be removed from Spravato's list of providers. Additionally, the office staff is a wreck. I told them multiple times I was only interested in seeking spravato treatment and they kept calling me to set me up with a psychiatrist. Do you guys keep files on your patients at all, or are you so incompetent as to not write something that important down in someone's file? Glad I was never seen, I would hate to have to rely on a crew of space cadets for treatment of any sorts.
