Every time I call to make a payment they are very friendly and kind. I had an issue with my direct deposit because my job is extra, and they were very patient and not blowing my phone up for the payment..... Best service in Amarillo! Thank you guys!!!

Diversified had a trash truck broken down but they still came by my house and emptied my roll off dumpster by hand, even received a phone call warning they would be a little late. How can you beat that!?! Thank you guys!

We have been working on a project downtown and have been using diversified for the roll off dumpsters. On my last statement I asked diversified management for the weight slips because one of the loads wasn t correct and wanted them to look into it. Instead they never sent me the slips and ran my credit card without my authorization. I ve tried calling and txting management and have not received any communication back. Im would absolutely not recommend this company!
