This is how entertainment should be. How It's Made might have a lot of machine activity but it's like taking a field trip to a factory without the need of the school bus. For those who are wondering the way many of the machines seen on that show are powered, they are driven by both electricity and air.

Discovery Channel used to be good 10 years ago, when they still had educational shows. Now it's just a drama channel. Nothing but shows about fat guys with beards arguing with each other all day long. Why would anyone want to watch that? This is why I don't pay for cable. Garbage on every channel. Even Discovery, which used to be my favorite channel. Discovery should be renamed to REDNECK ENTERTAINMENT TV.

Discovery used to be the best in learning. Now it's just garbage entertainment. Moving to New York City proves it.

One of my favorite things about the walk to Silver Spring Metro along Ellsworth is crossing Georgia and walking across the front of Discovery Plaza and through the sense gardens on the other side. Thanks Discovery.

This was the network that gave us Walking with Dinosaurs and Mythbusters. Now they are the people making "Moonshiners". Whaaaat haaaapppeeennned?!
