Excellent customer service. They will work with you to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Appointments are recommended if you have a deadline. If you don't mind waiting, it can be about 2 hours or less for a full set of 4 tires with TPMS to be replaced.

Great helpful staff. We didn't have an appointment. Ended up needing new tires. Got us in and out within 2 hours. I'm sure it would have been quicker if we had an appointment. Made sure we were satisfied before leaving.

Tried to take off for a trip and got a flat close to home luckily. Called and stopped in, was taken care of extremely fast and back on the road in no time. By the way we had a dog a baby and full luggage, they took care of us while we were in the car no problem!

My car was damaged because they did not use the correct jacking point to lift the car. Very upset. What is more troubling is the attitude of the workers when I talked to them about the damage. They were like this is my car s problem, not theirs and things like this happen. I have my car lifted at Costco many times and never had any issues. Only once at Discount Tire and now it is like this.

Incredibly courteous, helpful and patient. They take appointments which is awesome and they keep them which is even more amazing. When faced with delay due to customer issue not having wheel lock, they did not make me reschedule but held my appointment until I could return twenty minutes later.

Service performed very quickly with minimal waiting.
