On FB there was a pair of headphones free so I ordered a pair and paid for shipping and they took the shipping out AND 46.00 to join their club! They automatically sign you up when you but something! I've written them twice with no response to cancel this immediately .. not done! Be cautious

I asked to refund my money without knowing deduct membership fee as well...Total rip merchant ..

0 stars. Worst company ever. I was deceived. I ended up paying for a membership (which advertisement did not say) and staff was not compassionate. I will not be eating for 2 weeks because of this. Agents 514, 434 and supervisor 986 were not reasonable even after trying to cancel a minute after hitting complete order. This is a bad place to do business. God help them

Phenomenal Service with extremely fair pricing! I have purchased directly from this company on several occasions meeting different staff each time only to be more impressed each time I shop there. My latest visit was with Nikki and I was impressed again. Where do you find such good staff?? Their very honest and open discussions regarding total costs including minimal fees for items being shipped to them keeps me coming back year after year. I purchased a galaxy lamp which was advertised as free with $6.95 postage and handling. When they e mailed through confirmation of sale they had included $45 for exclusive membership .

This is a scam I saw something and went to buy it buy never got it and they charged my account 3 times 46.dollars I called my bank 1 had already been paid then the bank said they checked them and they paid 1more dont try to buy any thing from they just take your money

they tell you one thing that something is free pay shipping and handling and then they turn around and take money out of your bank account when it's supposed to be free no I wouldn't shop at this place I wouldn't recommend anybody else to shop at this

Bait and switch with false advertising. Was told earphones was free and needed only to pay shipping but charged extra $40 after my credit card information was taken. I immediately sent email and have since three emails with no response. I will not recommend this place.

Be cautious, i experienced the same. Misleading advertisement stated usd$1.95 for the item, once u click on the purchase button, membership usd$45 was charged. I feedback to them and request for cancellation but was told they can cancel the membership with no refund of membership fee. U will automatically become the member which you do not apply for and the membership is not refundable. It is kind of forcing without you aware of it. It is very unfair to consumers who make the purchase online. Please advice me should anyone know how to escalate this issue to any consumer board or association, thanks in advance.

Ordered a tshirt and it was supposed to use DTG, but they used heat transfer. Spent money and the shirt went straight to the trash can. It was a horrible work.

Obv can't leave zero stars or I would,I ordered the Earth lamp for shipping only 12.95 and I was entered into a membership for 40.00 total cost 52.00 I asked for a refund on membership and was told they can only give me 50% return and I'd still get the product because she couldn't cancel the shipment cost, well she cancelled the shipping and as of now I'm out 40.00 for a membership I will not use, this place is a scam! Now they are not allowing my emails to go thru they reject them!
