They answer the phone maybe 1 out of 10 phone call...
They answer the phone maybe 1 out of 10 phone calls, and when they do there's this really annoying echo. I've never used their pool and don't intend to and yet I have to pay them $85 every two months..and best part...i have to pay them via writing a check and leaving it in a drop box like it's 1960....
