All we needed was a simple copier that has an auto feeder, did not need anything fancy. Unfortunately we were sold a 3k+ copier which just does not like the basic job of copying it seems to want to do more. The salespeople definitely oversell. The last time we called for service on copier which the service plan expired and they wanted $155 per hour when the going rate is $89-$125 per hour, thank you very much we figured it out ourselves.
The latest development is Dictronics wanted to sell us a toner catridge for $498 when I could buy one for $60, why so much more? Dictronics called us tell us that we are getting 10% off, a real bargain.
