I bought my first car there in a few months! The seller, super welcomed, was very friendly! One can say all sellers are friendly but Sergio is really recommended! A seller in place!

Finally made a purchase with acquisition! Super price for the new car as well as a nice takeover!

Today I was a bit worried about the car, called and got Olivier from the warehouse / studio on the line. Friendly, polite and correct and moreover I was allowed to go immediately.

Car on the bridge, everything is fine, so no worries. Also a maniac;) so they know to reassure!

Anyway I am very satisfied with the garage Devos-Capoen!

Been a customer at this garage for a long time, but in recent years very disappointed with the Renault brand and garage staff. Errors were made by the staff in both purchased cars. Some staff members need to learn to be more friendly and to accept dissatisfaction instead of opposing it. Each time has been remedied with a small gesture. But trust is now completely gone since the new defect. I regret to admit that I will not return to that garage nor to the brand.

Recently had a specification made for a repair, received an amount (with possible additional costs) and then I went to a second Renault garage out of curiosity. Cutlery was suddenly cut in half (at no extra cost). In the end, pay about 35% of what they asked for. Makes you wonder. For me there are two Renault garages where they ALWAYS give a fair price, but they are not located in Kuurne.

Very very unfriendly. Called for a first maintenance appointment and they just answered hello and put the phone on. Called back a second time, I explained that I wanted an appointment. Again telephone imposed. Never experienced! Absolute letdown !!!

Friendly. Cheap cars. Not bad by quality, but cheap by materials.

Super Friendly, call even when they are busy with your car to ask if they can do something instead of doing and present the bill afterwards. Also useful are the SMS messages on which the customer is informed that the car is ready with the exact invoice price. Good garage!
