I am working with Descon Since 1998 and having good experience. it depends upon management how to operate this. people changing may have some tome good effect but some time bad especially in HR which are making policies which are not in favour of employees

I am very disappointed with lack of information given about walkin interview at Lahore yesterday. Minimum information that should be shared is location of job and the salary package being offered. In my view, Deson is a third class world employer.

Worst engineering Organisation of the Country once the top organisation but after 2015 going into decline day by day it's house of work politics computer systems are mostly outdated even this company not give meal to his workers and staff for free benefits with regards to grading system has decreased alot although good platform to become planning engineer but this is not a company where one stays longer than 3 years no proper increment in salary which one deserve Company is going short of Projects nowadays it's mostly divisions has either no project or very less project don't dream to be apart of this just to waster your time and efforts
