My recent visit to Dermal Essence in Darwin CBD was a tale of two experiences. The actual spa treatments were exceptional, leaving my brother and me feeling truly revitalized. However, the attention to detail regarding amenities was disappointing. Despite paying premium rates, we were surprised by the scarcity of robes and towels, as well as the low levels of toiletries. It felt like a significant oversight for a high-end day spa in the Darwin CBD area. While this issue seems common among wellness resorts in our region, it still detracts from the overall premium experience one expects here. The core service is excellent, but the basic hospitality elements need to be addressed to match the quality of the treatments.
