After twenty years away from the dentist, I finally visited Dentists of Eastgate in Cincinnati and was amazed by how comfortable I felt. I was incredibly anxious, but the team was so gentle and kind. The Novocaine worked perfectly, and I didn’t feel a thing. This is hands down the best dental office I have ever visited. They did a fantastic job, and I’m so grateful.

I was woken up by intense toothache and quickly looked up Dentists of Eastgate. Fortunately, they managed to squeeze me in for a 4 PM emergency visit. Since I have serious dental anxiety, I was terrified. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and I was taken back immediately. Dr. Jeffrey Ly came in within minutes to examine me and order X-rays, which were taken by Heather. It turned out the tooth needed to be extracted, and the procedure was done right away. Both Dr. Ly and Heather were incredibly attentive, constantly checking on me and offering reassurance throughout the process. They kept the atmosphere light and friendly; Dr. Ly even hummed along to the music playing in the office, which helped calm my nerves. I’ve finally found a dentist I can trust, and the entire team at Dentists of Eastgate was wonderful. Heather was particularly personable and caring, just like Dr. Ly. I’m looking forward to scheduling my routine check-up soon. Thanks for making me feel safe!
