Horrible customer service! Please avoid this company! Dentek will squeeze every single penny out of you and not get the solution resolved. I was able to get my computer issues resolved with another IT company called Legend Networking .

Doesn't always get it done the fastest or the cheapest but they always care the most about customer satisfaction

The staff at Dentek are always willing to help. They are always prompt in solving any issues I have. They are vital in the smooth operation of our practice.

These guys are well worth the money. Always professional, responsive, and competent. One thing I love is they go out of their way to remote in rather than charging me on-site rates (access is included in their monthly bill, on-site costs extra). I'm pretty tech-savvy, but don't have time to do all the maintenance and upgrades required for a busy office. With Dentek, I focus on dentistry, send them an email when I need something, and they knock it out promptly. I rely on them and trust them completely. Give them a call.

These people nickel and dime you from the start regardless of whether they fix your IT problem. I paid them to come out to my office to take a look at my computers that keep freezing with Eaglesoft. The guy talked me into buying a replacement $300 router which didn't solve the problem and ended up not being necessary. I tried talking to multiple people on the phone (which they will try to bill you for everytime) about the unresolved issue to eventually be told I need to just get a new computer as if to blow me off. I had to call them to get this answer since they didn't call me back like they promised to do. Pathetic customer service. Overpriced. $700 bill later, problem still not fixed. Good luck with this company.

As a follow-up to this situation (now a couple weeks later), my Eaglesoft/computer networking problem was resolved by another company....DDS Computers which I would recommend over this company. Looks like I didn't need new computers or a new router after all Dentek! And yes, I drove to return the router back to them myself since they were going to charge me another $75 trip fee of course!

Dentek have been giving us IT support for years!
They monitor our computers and help our office with any issues we might encounter during our day to day operations. They are responsible and respond to our calls on timely manner. I highly recommend their services!
