My wife and I love this place so much we were married there. The wines are not world beaters (what do you expect in Ohio?), but vey drinkable. Where they excel is at creating a fun atmosphere. Nowhere better on a sunny summer day. They bring in terrific entertainment and the outdoor dance floor is always busy. Some of their events can draw large crowds (balloon launch), so it is a good idea to bring chairs just in case. If you can't have fun here you might want to consider unbunching your panties. Love you Debonne!

Went to the balloon festival today. Had pay parking. Place was very crowded. Food & Drinks we're very high price. Balloon festival was a joke. Only 3 balloons blew up, didn't even take off. The weather was perfect no wind. If this is what Debonne calls a balloon festival they are sadly mistaken. Not worth the price of parking.

Edited to reinforce 5 star review from most recent visit on 6/14/19. Seriously, the beer cheese hot dog is the best thing out of Ashtabula County since fried walley and Cab Franc. Great service, and atmoshphere whether it's early spring or the beautiful middle of summer. Funnest atmosphere of all area wineries. Wine is 4 out of 5. Atmosphere is a 6 out of 5.

I stop here every time I am in the area, it is a must for me. The grounds are beautiful and the wine is one of the best. Even the cheese plates and the food they have blow some of the locally wineries out of the vineyards. The only draw back is every year it seems like they have a new menu so when I come back the follow summer they don t have it anymore.

Had an absolutely wonderful time on our recent visit to Debonne! The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. They were sure to explain everything in detail immediately upon our arrival and answer all questions! The scenery and winery itself are absolutely beautiful and we loved the tray tastings! Such a cool and enjoyable atmosphere! Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back! Without a doubt my favorite of the wineries!

Stopped on a whim,,,,asked serving staff a question and was rudely answered....asked for a sample of Ice Wine and was told, I could only get it in a glass....purchased the glass of wine. Decided to sample another and was told by that person they do have samples of ice wine, they stated the server was just busy and did not understand what we asked. Busy or not, we left and went to another winery up the street and made a rather large purchase there....I do not think I will return.

This winery was really nice. I love that they have a wine tasting room and a beer tasting room! I also like that you can pay $10 for a generous wine platter and take home a souvenir glass. They had a great band playing and a lot of people were dancing. I wouldn t pass this place up if you re winery hopping.

Debonne is one of my favorite wineries in the area. They have very sprawling grounds, with lots of outdoor seating and live music. Their tasting room is also quite nice. I could take or leave the bar area, why do we need animal heads? Despite not really enjoying decapitated animals, I don't think they make a whole lot of decor sense outside of log cabin lodges. That complaint aside, Debonne is a great place!

Debonne Vineyards is probably the best known and most visited vineyard in the region and for good reasons. Debonne has been producing excellent wine and craft beer for many years. On my last visit I tasted the 2013 Vidal Blanc ice wince and I was very pleased with it. It's not overly sweet, it's well balanced with hints of pear.

Fantastic outdoor space. Wines are really good for the area. Very limited food options. In house beer brewing. Beer is OK, I wish it were better. Bands tend to be good and there is always a good, friendly crowd. Service is good. The only real gripe is that they close at 8:00Pm on Saturdays.

What a wonderful experience! We came here as our 4th winery visit and it was our favorite. My parents enjoy sweet and dessert wines and they had a wonderful array of choices in comparison to the other wo wines we visited today. The cheese, cracker and bread tray was a wonderful addition! Great job Debonne!

Great atmosphere and great wine! The Moscato-Riesling is a must have if you like sweet wine. They have bands on the weekend and an outside bar that serves wine and food. Last but not least, there are two bocce courts that you can play on for free. We had a great time!

We stopped here on our way to my boyfriends parents for Christmas. We came for food and left with more wine than we should have. In bottles I mean. It was great to relax sip wine and munch away a few hours before heading to the hotel.Great memorys were made here.

We had such a great time here. The atmosphere is relaxed and very comfortable. The interior is a little dark, the weather was beautiful, so we opted for outside tasting. Even the wines we don't usually like were delicious. The food was limited in choice, but generous in quantity and quality. The staff was quite knowledgeable about their wines and very service oriented. The setting is just beautiful. The vineyards are rolling and make you forget what you left behind

This rating is relative to other wineries in the area. Debonne has live music, decent wines, decent custom brews, in a very cozy atmosphere. The food is very average but with all the other positives, who cares. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Love it. Edit: Fun, fun, fun. Edit: The pizza is quite decent.

With over 175 acres of vineyards, Debonné Vineyards produces a wide variety of wines that cater to different tastes and preferences.

The winery's flagship wine is its Chalet Debonne Riesling, which has won numerous awards over the years. For example, visitors can enjoy live music performances every weekend during the summer months at the winery's outdoor pavilion. There are also several food trucks on-site that offer delicious snacks and meals to pair with your favorite wines.

For those who want to learn more about wine-making or simply want to have some fun with friends or family members, Debonné Vineyards offers guided tours of its facilities as well as private tastings for groups. The estate uses environmentally-friendly practices such as composting grape skins and stems after harvest season instead of burning them or sending them to landfills. Additionally, all packaging materials used by the winery are recyclable or biodegradable.

Overall, if you're looking for a unique experience that combines great wine with live music performances and delicious food options all while being environmentally conscious then look no further than Debonné Vineyards!
