I expected more from a highly recommended BBQ place, but it fell short of my expectations. It's not a bad place, but there are better options out there.

The BBQ at David S Real Pit Bbq is good, but not exceptional. The meats are well-cooked, but the flavors could be bolder. The sides are decent, but nothing memorable. The staff is friendly, but there's nothing that sets this place apart from other BBQ joints. It's not bad, but it's not outstanding either.
