Free entry is great, but the liability terms need careful reading for safety.

While admission is free and there are no sales commissions for vendors, it is worth noting that the exact terms for participating vendors might need checking. The site mentions vendors work for tips and booths have no fees, but for someone considering setting up, the specific scope of support or liability details in the disclaimer should be reviewed carefully before committing.

The free admission and local artist lineup look promising for a genuine neighborhood gathering.
