Nice work environment. The dress code can be annoying at the beginning (specially the clean shaven policy), but you get used to it. Flexibility for university students too.

Don't stress too much about the work volume on high season and you'll be fine.

The clothing and benefits are very good, weekly payment and discounts in some places like gyms and supermarkets; however it is very difficult to move up if you do not have connections and the work environment is a bit hostile, especially if you are a woman.

Worked here for a few months when i was in DR about 2 years ago, it was a good experience i can't really complain, i miss it there. I do like growing my beards so the no facial hair policy was a bit annoying but other than that if you qualify, then apply!
