I have been trying every 15 minutes since 8am this morning. At 10.40 it said there was no appointments left for a telephone consultation and my sick line ran out yesterday. I phoned bang on 8 and was 14th in the queue ho can this be!! This system doesn t work.

Had to wait over a week for an appointment and it was just a phone call appointment

The reception staff in particular the young girl have a bad attitude. Understand they have a hard job but they should make a basic effort. The doctors seem a bit clueless I've noticed compared to my previous surgery in Broughton.

Impossible to get through to them on the phone because of covid! I gave up after being on hold for almost two hours this morning. If they aren t seeing people because of covid maybe get a few extra people to answer the phones! It s a shame as Iv never had a bad experience with this practice before. Not good enough at the moment.

I have been on the phone for over 3 hrs trying to get through. Started at position 14 gave up after being at position 3 for 45 mins. I need to talk to a doctor after visiting the hospital. No idea how I am going to do this as you can't walk in and ask for a telephone consultation. Website says it is open ???

Very efficient, friendly and professional. Dr O'Neill is the best doctor I've seen in many years. The receptionists are very efficient and helpful.

25 mins waiting on the phone to try and get an app, then no apps, cant book one for my next day off, but a doctor can call me back in 2 days?????? Maybe need to re think the system its clearly not working well for the patients

This place is an absolute joke! I have never needed to use the doctors until recently where I need a quick appointment following surgery to return to work. Handed in a letter on Friday from the hospital, called the following Tuesday to find it had been left lying. Asked for an appointment and there's none all week! But you can keep calling or turn up at 8am and hope for the best to make one ! The receptionists are clueless and don't worry if the queue is 10 or 12 deep, there will still just be one on the desk and one walking about moving bits of paper.

Terrible service, No one answers phones and due to COVID you can't get in and the phone message tells you not bother them.
Even before COVID it's been terrible with service. They need training in a company like retail where you are taught how to deal with people politely & manage expectations.
