Dairy Queen Brazier

Service and food was horrible! How can you mess up hot dogs and a bbq sandwich that I had to wait 30 minutes for. This looks nothing like it was advertised

Good ice cream, friendly staff. Great for a cheap but tasty summer date!

Didn't know it still exists been long time since I've been there but I'm sure service is still the same as well as there menu

They have my favorite smoothie. I want to thank the cashier. She was great!

Well-managed place they give good service great tasting treats

Triple chocolate brownie is to die for! The ice cream always hits the spot after a long day of work!

Got a free blizzard. The catch though was in order to receive it free you had to download the app

CS was good. Blizzard was what I thought. Too much ice.

No complaints on products or service, however you can tell the staff are not well trained and are understaffed during peak times.

Love this place and it hits the spot especially in this hot weather.

Had a good experience in here with my friend. The food was served fast and the customer service is just great. Prices are convenient.

Their fries are made to order and delicious. Their ice cream is so good, prepared very well. The young guy and girl working there were when my daughter and I went today were very fast, friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed coming to this little hidden DQ. Great business really recommend you come out and support them and try it out

It always takes forever to get your ice cream but I'm patient. The employees are nice and the ice cream is great.

Well we all know what a Dairy Queen's all about take that waistline

Ya go here when you want a step above McD's but don't have enough cash for Oberweis.

I love that dairy Queen. The food is great. Sometimes you have to wait. But it's a short time. They are Young kid. Giving their hear[ out. Keep up the good work

They make ice cream right not like the west side one! I ordered a Royal Oreo blizzard and I got a mud slide from the west side dairy Queen ! The white skinny girl knows how to make ice cream she deserves a tip she does a great job she works better than the 3 girls on the west side put together ! I know good work when I see it!

Dairy Queen in Joliet, would not accept my coupon from my telephone. They said it have to be printed. Who does that in this electronic age?

A good time to visit is in the afternoon on hot days as there are fewer customers

Last visit was good. Service quick and order correct

Overprice small portions of anything you order. Never going back

Service was good and the ice cream is always good 2 yr old got a vanilla chocolate dipped cone 11yr got a shake me and wife got blizzards very good

The food was served very slow and the customer service is not great.

Ask for NO NUTS...got em anyway. All the accessory syrups were nill

We came yesterday, August 3 at around 7:30 pm and two of the three employees serving us were not wearing masks.

I prefer this venue a lot. It has a different feeling. The kitcen is exeptionaly good. the service is dynamic and the waiters are well trained. The price is reasonable. I definitely recommend.

Good blizzard, but could use more staff. Slow on the service, saw one customer leave due to wait, gave up after 10 minutes.

I really like this Dairy Queen. It's very convenient close to home. The workers are very good at what they do. My family and I are always there for some great treats.

When I need a quick fix.....i go for a great treat. Makes feel wonderful

The food is always fresh and tasty, workers hands over fantastic customer service. I really like the cleanliness and character. Worth a try.

Third customers in line, myself, my 3 kids, and my mom. I'm visiting from Tennessee, but have been coming here since I was a kid since I only moved almost 4 years ago. We order, and wait, and wait, then a third girl appears from the back and tells us to wait at the other window. My mom and I get our orders, and wait another 10-15:minutes to get my kid's orders. The man who ordered AFTER us, gets his blizzard. We're still waiting. We're getting a little impatient when finally we get the other orders, 2 of my kids had blizzards, which they don't turn upside down. We go back to my mom's which is less than 5 minutes away. Get out of the car, and uncover our ice cream, my oldest's blizzard is dripping everywhere, mine pretty much explodes into a dripping mess, and my middle son's blizzard is basically a drink. We go back to complain, no adult in sight, just 3 kids, give me a phone number for corporate, no name, just a number. I asked for a manager's name and number. I have pics of this disgusting mess of ice cream! $24 worth of ice cream that basically went on the ground, our laps, hands, and a table!!! I do believe our orders were sitting there for quite some time and were forgotten as they got busy and did not have enough staff to handle it all, and instead of completing each order before taking the next, they made a complete mess!!

Very bad service for the second time.First time I went for 2 cheese cake blizzard and got Oreo blizzard and I was there for 40 minutes. This time I go up to the window stud there 5 minutes the man in back walked up to the window and put wood in front of it didn't say nothing.

The icecream was very good, the milkshake was pleasantly a surprise. Rhe price wasn't bad either.

The best ice creams shakes in a lot of stuff you can believe it clean and nice really good service I love it

Great location. Wish they were open all year long and would offer all the food items that a regular DQ offered.

The young ladies that were there were nice, smiling and very courteous!!! MyHuney surprised 1 of our PlayDaughters and myself
