Cz Grain, LLC

I ordered 2 willow trees from these folks. they sent them to my billing address instead of my default address on their webpage. of course I didn't receive them, The USPS website said they were unable to deliver them. usually that means after three tries they would be sent back to the shipper, so I assume they were. during all this I sent a message to them via their website along with two emails from my computer. I received no answer to any of them, nor have I received the trees. I've never had a seller behave like this before & just don't understand it. I'm not going to bother about asking for my money back, it seems a waste of time. So there's my two cents worth, make of it what you will.

A month ago, I paid $11.65 for 3 Canna Lilly Roots. Only one was live and they sent 2 dead Roots, I again repeated the same order by spending $11.65 and received one live and remaining Dead. I can understand that you are cheating Amazon's clients intentionally. Amazon should verify this as a very serious complaint and black list this Company. Amazon has record of their clients" and can check from them. I returned their dead plants.
