Cxc Contracting, INC

CXC Contracting, Inc. was a pleasure to work with. The team was punctual and did excellent work. The inspector was very happy with what he saw. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Working with Will and the team at CXC Contracting for our first major home renovation was an excellent decision. Our hillside property had serious drainage issues, causing water to pool against the foundation and seep into a room below. It was stressful, but Will’s initial inspection showed he truly understood the problem and had the expertise to fix it. We had to wait for the weather to clear before starting, but once the crew arrived, they completed the job efficiently over a few days. The work was challenging due to the slope, involving a deep trench from the backyard down to street level and the installation of both French and surface drains. They also left the site spotless after finishing. I highly recommend CXC Contracting for any drainage needs and plan to hire them again for upcoming foundation work.

Dealing with severe water intrusion during the 2022-23 winter storms was a nightmare, especially since our crawlspace resembled a literal cave. We were overwhelmed by conflicting advice from various contractors until we found CXC Contracting, Inc. Their proposed solution stood out as the most reliable option for our unique setup. Will, from the team, was fantastic—attentive, empathetic, and genuinely invested in solving our problem rather than just closing a ticket. Even during LA’s record-breaking rainy season, he prioritized us, coming out after hours to install a temporary professional-grade sump pump so we could rest easy. The permanent fix involved breaking ground to lay a French drain and sump system in a tight, messy space. Despite the dirt and tight quarters, the crew worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and finished quickly. Will and his crew were polite and easy to get along with. It’s been a year, but thanks to their work, our home stayed dry, and we are incredibly grateful as we face the current rainfall season.

CXC Contracting proved to be the right choice for our drainage project, especially given the recent historic El Niño event in Los Angeles. We experienced over 12 inches of rain in under 24 hours, and their previous work saved us from significant flooding damage. The team was incredibly responsive and diligent; they kept the property tidy every day and made adjustments immediately whenever needed. They removed our flower beds and installed durable concrete walkways, which looks fantastic. We compared three quotes total and CXC won us over with their quality and professionalism. We are already planning to hire them for our next project as soon as the weather clears. Highly recommended!

CXC Contracting, Inc delivered on every promise. Will was incredibly thorough with the details, which really put our minds at ease and proved we made the right choice trusting them with our project.

I reached out to several companies to tackle some drainage problems around my home, looking for a solution that balanced cost and effectiveness without breaking the bank. While many proposals seemed like overkill, Will from CXC Contracting, Inc. in [City] really hit the mark. He didn’t just upsell; he genuinely assessed my property and proposed a much more affordable fix that still addressed the core issue. When Hurricane Hillary hit, the system held up remarkably well, though the heavy tree debris in my yard caused some minor clogging—a fair bit of which was unexpected given the proximity to that massive oak. Will was incredibly responsive when I mentioned the issue, quickly swapping out the catch basin grates for a design less prone to blockage. That kind of hands-on support shows he stands behind his work. The crew was polite, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up the site when they were done. I’m very happy with the service from CXC Contracting and plan to call them again for any future foundation or drainage needs. I’ll update this later to confirm if the new grates are the perfect fix!
