CWPM is all over the place, customer service is terrible and their prices are extremely high compared to local competition. Unfortunately, our town is contracted with them for trash pick up. They do not follow any type of schedule. In addition, their dumpster rentals are hundreds of dollars more compared to other companies in the area.

Very pleased. Efficient and polite. On a dumpster job, removal of old and replacement with new one came quicker than I expected. Driver polite and accomodating, and--importantly in this COVID-19 era--properly masked. Would happily deal with CWPM again.
I call to tell them they left trash all over our beautiful complex and my vehicle and he says, ok what do you want me to do? How about be a professional! Start with that! Worst Garbage Place in CT! Choose Another Place! Thank Me Later!
We use CWPM almost daily for our roofing business. The dumpsters are always on time, placed properly and picked up promptly when we re done. Lucas has been great to work with.

The lady was nice but the guy was short and rude hung up while I was talking. Some people are just miserable. Good morning sir!! Why so rude?
I am starting to see why everyone complains about CWPM for trash pick up...I'd love to say how my experience has been with them, however, I am paying for their service and have yet to receive my trash bin...Every time I call I've been told they don't know when I'll receive it, it will be out the following week, then it would be the following day, etc...still waiting but they had no issues charging me for services without being able to provide them. Will likely not renew.
