CVS MinuteClinic

Total nightmare. Went in the morning so I would be back to the office for a mandatory meeting at noon and I finally had to walk out without being seen. Totally wasted my PTO. So frustrated I will never use them again!

Worst service ever. Not only was the wait terrible I was never seen after an hour.

They were amazingly quick and very helpful for my problem; I was very pleased and grateful

Minute clinic is supposed to be a convenient alternative to a regular doctor appointment. This was NOT at all convenient and ended up leaving without care. I arrived and the sign said there was no wait. Filled out the online form and waited and waited and waited. I had arrive 45 mins after the clinic opened but the nurse was still running around "getting set up" and would call me when ready. I indicated I didn't have a lot of time and could come another time if there was going to be a wait. She said I couldn't stand there and she'd call me when ready. Waited and waited and waited. And she called to ask me a bunch of Covid screening questions. I was standing 2 feet away and she said she had to call me for screening questions. By then I had waited 30 mins and felt I'd waisted enough time on this and left. Every clinic in town screens in person. If they are this afraid of seeing patients then just close the clinic. I guess I'll get a flu shot at Walgreens.

It was very quick and the PA was extremely nice and helpful!

Do not come here if you expect to be billed fairly - they will not send you a bill and immediately to a collections agency, even after you've paid the bill in full. I went here one time two years ago and continue to receive calls from a collection agency even after paying my bill online. You will also be put on hold for hours if you try to call to fix it.

Even when I schedule my appointment and confirm the time, I still end up waiting a long time. It's incredible that they even allow you to schedule ahead when they go long every single time. The entire premise behind minute clinics is quick service, and they simply can't deliver. If you're able, go somewhere else.

Great service all around. Had an ear infection and I was in and out of the store with antibiotics in hand within an hour.

Target Clinic was a fast, friendly, and convenient experience! I checked in on an iPad and within minutes I was ready for my exam. I was taken care quickly and efficiently. The entire process only took me about 20 minutes. I will definitely go back to Target Clinic for all of my general health concerns.

From 10 min after opening, the line went to over and hour and a half with only 3 people being helped. The wait times they say are complete lies and is a nightmare! Never going back!
