This place is super fresh, excellent service and quality in the dishes. Here we tried the coca tea to alleviate a little the evil caused by the height. Most dishes are vegetarian but with incredible quality! I highly recommend the ravioli, exquisite !! Excellent attention, definitely recommended!

Excellent, fresh, thoughtful dishes. And literally the most efficient restaurant I ve ever been to. They gave us menus while we waited, took the order before we sat and had hot food in front of us within 5 minutes! I included dessert and that beautiful plate (passion fruit mousse) was presented as quickly. Lovely attentive staff.

Super friendly and nice staff, and amazing food. I had a soup for starter that tasted delicious, alpaca for main that was out of this world and a yummy chocolate dessert. Everything was very well prepared with nice ingredients. The red wine was also very nice. What makes me not put 5 stars was that I d wish they had more than one red wine on the glass, and that the staff would be slightly more relaxed. They were almost too polite and asked the guests the same questions, as if they had been taught to do it. I d love to see more of their own personalities since that s the vibe you get when you enter the restaurant. But well worth a visit or three!

Nice little cozy restaurant in Cusco. Great cocktails. I ordered the sweet potato ravioli which was very good and their homemade carrot cake for dessert. While all very delicious the portions were very small. For everything it was 66 soles and I left still hungry. I had just climbed Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley prior to coming to Organika so that might have been my increased appetite. Cusco restaurants love to present and decorate their meals with flowers. Pretty much every spot I went to while I was there had flowers on the food. Turns out they are edible (at least at Organika). The service is very friendly with servers who speak good English. Free WiFi and CASH ONLY. Not my favorite spot to eat in Cusco but if you re looking for something light to eat- this would be the place!

This restaurant is AMAZING! My husband I visited from Georgia USA. We enjoyed the Sweet Potato Ravioli and the Lasagna. We ordered the ravioli 3 times because it was so good. Everything is extremely fresh and made to order. I was able to ask the chef to withhold the cheese from the lasagna. The pumpkin soup was also delicious. Our waitress Paty was super helpful and also spoke great English. So extremely friendly. The desserts were to die for. The carrot cake was moist and not too sweet. The passion fruit mousse was perfect!! A MUST try!

We've already been to this restaurant twice in our short time in Cusco and have recommended it to everyone we meet! This food would be special no matter where you are--totally unique and exciting cuisine. The staff seem to really enjoy what they do, which makes sense because theie product is so good. I am truly going to miss this place after we head back home. Magnificent.

If you have only one dinner in Cusco, this is THE place! Spectacular, delicious dishes. Very careful attention. And at a much better price than others in the area! We arrived by chance and it was the best culinary experience we had in Cusco. Do not miss the chocolate volcano dessert.

Stopped in for a quick bite and was very pleased. A friend recommended if I had time to try it out and I am glad she did. The Andean salad was one of the freshest salads I have ever had. I saw gnocchi on the menu and was hesitant at first but the highlands are supposed to be know for potatoes so I have it a try. I was blown away. It was prepared perfectly and it was clear it was made from scratch. The lemonades are really good as well. If I return to Cusco I am definitely going back.

Tiny, cozy spot with great service and really good food. Great place to get a healthy meal without breaking the bank. Really pretty salad dishes and very tasty trout ceviche. I had the gnocchi as my main and it was probably one of the beat I have ever had since it was super flavorful and light. Highly recommend!

Excellent cuisine and service. Totally recommendable. All dishes have organic, home-grown vegetables. It is very well priced and very popular with foreigners. We tried the cheese salad, fettuccine with pesto and vegetable lasagna. For dessert, a chocolate and pisco sour coulan

Wow. Fantastic and fresh food they grow themselves in the valley. Had the salmon salad which was amazing and a beetroot and lemonade drink which wasn't my thing. Staff attentive and the atmosphere is cozy. You're almost in the kitchen but that's not a bad thing I reckon

A few meters from the cathedral and main square accessing the final part by stairs, is this small, rustic and charming restaurant with excellent and attentive service. High quality products at more than affordable prices. Value for price ratio above average.

If you are traveling to Cusco having a meal at Organika is a MUST! The food was very fresh and delicious, which is of course important but the service is what really sold me. Ray was so delightful and helpful! He took the time to teach us a few words in Spanish and learn our names. Back to the food, the trout ceviche was so refreshing, the quinoa with vegetable was delightful and the pesto chicken fettuccine was extremely flavorful. Highly recommend and I plan to go again for the alpaca.

Organika's good is some of the best I have ever had in my life. I tried the salmon and the alpaca and there is nothing on earth like the flavor offered by this place. The tomatoes with a wine sauce for dessert have a unique flavor that cannot be described with words. Over the wait was roughly 45 minutes, but trust me this restaurant is a must if you are in Cusco!

The food is absolutely delicious and doesn't feel heavy at all. We felt great eating here and the presentation didn't hurt either.

They have both meat and vegetarian options, so something for everyone. The kitchen is super clean. One sous chef was cleaning the entire time we were there; I've never seen such a spotless kitchen. Chef Ramsey would be proud!

Super small restaurant with maybe 10 tables. We went straight 8 p.m. and were seated right away.

The best restaurant of Cusco without any question. If you want to try fresh food and delicious flavor... This is the place. More amazing is the presentation and detail from the employees. Very greatful to find this place while walking through. I repeated myself the alpaca. Imagine how amazing was.

Recommended to a thousand! On two occasions that I was in Cusco I went and I was more than delighted! If you arrive at night in Cusco you can go for a soup or vegetable cream is perfect! you do not like it and it helps you as you acclimatize! The infusions are natural and I love the idea that all the products that are consumed are organic! The price is comfortable that if you have to wait a little bit because it is a small environment, but it is worth it! In fact I will visit you on my next trip to Cusco!
