Cutting Edge Visionaries (CEV) is a technical student society based in NIT Surat, India. The society is dedicated to fostering innovation and creativity among students by providing them with a platform to brainstorm and design solutions to real-world problems. CEV members are passionate about using their technical skills to make a positive impact on society and the business world.
At CEV, students from various disciplines come together to collaborate on projects that require interdisciplinary expertise. The society has been successful in organizing several events over the years that have received widespread recognition both within NIT Surat as well as outside it. Some notable events include HackNITR (a 24-hour hackathon), CodeChef Snackdown (an international coding competition), TechTalks (a series of talks by industry experts), etc.
Apart from organizing events and projects internally within NIT Surat campus grounds; CEV also collaborates with other organizations both nationally & internationally for various initiatives like internships & research programs for its members.
