Manager is awesome, put my tow package on my SUV and rewired my trailer and lights no issues. Quote was right on as well as top notch service. I wish restaurants in fort myers had as good of service that I got here at custom. I will definitely be back.

Purchased a utility trailer tire on the web, put it on my trailer and in about 2 weeks it was flat. No visible holes just a bum tire. This place just asked me to take a pic of the tire and replaced it with ABSOLUTELY no hassle. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I was in Cape Coral on vacation and on the way down my trailer lights went out. I called them and they were very helpful. They fit me in to fix the lights as we had to get them finished before we left to drive back home. Very pleased with their customer service and friendliness.

Well, had a hitch installed with wiring. satisfied but not happy. My battery suddenly went dead while there, and had to get a new one . Their tester they use to test the wiring harness they install has lights on it wired up backwards which means I have to trust them instead of just knowing it works....

I called looking for an adapter from a 4 way to 5 way for my boat trailer and Joel took his time and explained to me how it all worked and how the 5 way has a separate wire for my boat trailer reverse. I took his advice and will bring in the vehicle to get it re-wired.
