I have always had wonderful service at Computer Solutions, Upland! I want to particularly give a shout out to Julian and at Najma for their help at this time when I am under so much stress at work from home with my need to understand new technologies!! They are the best!!

On Monday I was looking for a key cap to my MacBook air and called Computer Solutions, one of the several computer repair shops, in my area. When I got a message encouraging me to leave a message I decided not to do so and started calling other shops. As I was doing so, Najima at Computer Solutions called me and asked how she could help me. And she helped me. She asked me to show the details of my computer, checked in her storage, and the following day said she did have a cap she could help me with. Today I took my computer in and, though Najima was not in, another person helped me. Each time I called, it was clear that Computer Solutions wanted to help. They did and I am very satisfied

Do it all Computer stores have always been a little cringey to me. I m not talking Geek Squad level cringe, but just a little...
I had a great experience at Computer Solutions on Monte Vista ave. Just below Foothill.
I had a couple problems trying to complete a task. The guy working there helped me beat a submission-deadline. I offered to pay for his expertise but he declined. Try that with the Geek Squad. The small business center has some excellent restaurants and a couple fast food joints. 5 Stars for all of it. Check it out next time.

I came in for a small item and they had just what I needed.

Had an issue with my laptop not charging, t the necessary part was ordered and the repair process was handled quickly. Only issue was that they were difficult to contact, since I found the sales floor never answered the phone and I was always directed to voicemail. At one point I missed a callback and had to leave a second voicemail about the same question. Other than that, service was quick and price was fair.
