I ordered the clock through a store in Vladimirskaya. I had to wait because, such a model of the clock was not in Ukraine and now it's kind of hard to get. The result is very satisfied.

In the store just a huge assortment in different price ranges. If before the arrival there finally decided on the choice, you can easily decide on the spot after looking at all live.

Staff standards. It is evident that not only the owners are responsible and diligent, but also people who help the buyer on the spot. With the security, which is badly spoken here, I personally had no problems (although I'm an ordinary person and was there for the first time).

It is high-end watch store that sells branded watches of good quality. The store is located in a popular tourist route and in a historical location. The staffs are extremely friendly and are ready to help. However, the shop itself probably has limited capacity to assist the high-end customers if they require any critical solution.

Great store, wide selection of watches from and to. The staff is super. Satisfied with the purchase, 5/5 for everything.

There are no questions about customer service in the store itself. But, security on duty from the outside is the highest level of unprofessionalism. You will not be allowed to enter the store. Option, I just want to see the clock, it doesn t work. It s necessary to say why you re going, what you want to see, which model, and who told you, from whom you came, etc. Moreover, all these questions are asked with the intonation of "cattle" and the most ordinary boor, and not a representative of a model company. Yes, with such an appeal to potential customers "from the doorway", discourages any desire to buy anything in this store.

I had to contact the European service. There they were surprised to hear about the "norm ..." and two days later they corrected everything in the best possible way.
