I had the best experience working with Crossroads Staffing! The people in the office are so friendly and accommodating. I was really struggling to find work during this pandemic and they found me a position right away! They guided me through every step of the process and made it really easy. My first experience in communication with recruiting companies in the US.
I just applied for IT position on Craigslist and I got a call very soon.
Next day was my first Skype interview. I surprised how pleasant and natural was our conversation.

Once they have all the information, they will let you know you are not a fit for the job, but keep all your information and SELL IT. Please do not fall victim to them.

Crossroads is a great staffing agency with 5 star agents!! I was able to quickly get through the virtual interview process using the free Skype or Facetime app with a very nice interviewer who made it easy. I had never used the mobile app she walked me through step by step with excellent technical support from WiFi connection(use Starbucks:) to bringing up the video on the smartphone. I was also able to complete all the paperless application process using free adobe acrobat reader signing everything with a click of the mouse!! It was easy and fun would highly recommend their services.

I just applied to 2 positions posted by Cross Roads. At first I was leery of submitting an application that was handled by a staffing agency. I have attempted that in the past and I never got anywhere with either company. Plus, they would send me emails all the time for jobs that were outside my job criteria. I had my first phone interview with Cassidi Puentes, Administrative Coordinator with Crossroads Staffing, Inc. The interview took place on time and the instructions I received prior to connect with her via Facetime were very clear and concise. During the interview she was very friendly and enthusiastic. I just started the process so I don't have feedback yet that says she found me a great new career. However, she did make me feel confident that my experience and education appears to be in line with several job openings they are currently trying to fill. 30 minutes after applying for a position via the Crossroads website, I received a phone call from Cassidi Puentes notifying me that she had reviewed my qualifications and would like to schedule an interview. I was ready to be interviewed as soon as possible; thus, the time was set for the following morning. I was ready to go when I received a call that my interviewer was out sick; but, not to worry, another worthy interviewer stepped up to the plate so I could showcase my qualifications the very same day. This interview was my first Skype interview but I could not distinguish it from a face-to-face meeting. Robynne Schwartz made me feel relaxed and opened the lines of communication so that when we were finished, I knew she had a good sense of my skills and experiences.
