I dropped in while in town for vacation at 5:30am. Everyone was super welcoming including athletes and coaches. Layout is great with all the equipment you would expect and open air style for more room. Coach was great and had good feedback. I tried a few spots when in town and this was the best.

Excellent facility and outstanding coaches led by the amazing OG Annie Sakamoto! This is true Crossfit, with a supportive and enthusiastic membership. Whenever I come to Santa Cruz this is where I go.

I can t believe this gym has been opened for over a decade, and yet the owner and coach still has the same welcoming energy! What a great place, half indoor/half outdoor. I wish I was living in Santa Cruz to join!
