Professional coaches, amazing vibe. Looking forward to my sessions. This box has progressed in leaps and bounds. Best thing I have done was to join. This is much better than a traditional gym, support from coaches is next level. Any person, no matter what their fitness level is will enjoy and benefit from joining CFA 2.0.

What an experience, everytime. The attention to the individual is of the highest standard. Focus on technique, and quality is the best I have ever experienced. The coaches have a culture of excellence and this is evident in everything they do.

first class they took me for a p0es and made me swing on the bar like I was a fish out of water . Second class they showed me how tp get a back injury with their awful form .
Would'nt recommend unless you have a fetish for wheelchairs or casts.

The absolute best place to train, meet new friends and feel part of a community. They assist each person with the workouts, so if you struggle to do something, they will make sure you do it correct first to avoid injuries in order for you to progress and become better. Thanks for changing my life!!

Great coaches, Great people, one big family. I spend my entire day looking forward to my class. The camaraderie is nothing like i have ever experienced totally amazing. In the year i have been there the box has grown exponentially with no other goal other than to improve our experience and take us to the next level of our goals.
