Crocus City Hall — место, которое действительно впечатляет удобством. Внутренняя навигация здесь продумана до мелочей: легко найти нужное место, нет проблем с гардеробами, кассами и санузлами. Отдельный плюс за близость к транспорту. Очень порадовал кофе в корнерах на первом этаже — он оказался неожиданно вкусным. Из минусов выделяется фудкорт: цены там заоблачные, а еда на удивление невкусная. Не совсем понятно, на какую аудиторию они рассчитывают. Еда так себе, но люди всё равно стоят в очередях, вероятно, из-за отсутствия альтернатив вблизи. В целом, площадка отлично справляется со своей задачей и поддерживает высокий уровень сервиса.

Отличное место для концертов в Москве! В Crocus City Hall очень просторно и чисто. Санузлы находятся на каждом этаже, они ухоженные, без характерного запаха и с достаточным количеством кабинок. Персонал очень приветливый: сотрудницы всегда помогут сориентироваться в залах и спокойно проведут к вашему месту. Да, организаторы иногда допускают ошибки, но сотрудники зала всегда стараются оперативно решить любые возникшие проблемы.

Ходили на выступление Пелагеи в Крокус Сити Холл 13 января. Зрелище просто замечательное, певица великолепна! Внутри очень комфортно: места просторные, воздух свежий, не душно. С буфетом проблем нет — обслуживают оперативно, в гардероб очереди минимальные. Единственный нюанс — на эскалаторе в часы пик бывает немного тесновато. Но главный восторг вызвало отношение персонала. После концерта поняла, что оставила очки. Позвонила утром, и меня быстро соединили с администратором. Я описала место, и через короткое время мне сообщили, что очки уже найдены! Огромная благодарность сотруднице Татьяне за чуткость и отзывчивость. Ощущение, что в Крокусе действительно высокий уровень сервиса. Отличный вечер! ❤️
