Awesome facility, a must for all of your solid state lighting needs.
My experience at this company was very good, and got to work with some great people..
Dear Cree Executives, your company is a joke and disfunctional.
I've called in several times to get some additional spec and info. Your customer service doesn't know the product line even in a general sense.
They refer me to your engineers who never answer the phone and don't return phone calls. I told product support I am never able to get in touch with anyone they say to email product support, and it's been over a month with no response.
Unprofessional.... Incredibly distasteful experience. Your losing ground to the competition.
Reach out to me if you care...
Very nice place and very friendly people. I worked with them in the past and now applying again and they were very friendly to me.
Outdated equipment, subpar safety standards. Incompetent management stuck in old ways, unable to progress into new ideas and modern thinking. Company stands behind investers before employees and that is the first line in the mission statement. Every year they skimp on a benefit and eliminate something for the employee, always with an excuse.
Good luck if you decide to work there.
