About Creative conscience awards

Creativity for a better world. We are a creative community and global not-for-profit organisation who believe that creative thinking and innovation can make positive change.

Creative Conscience Awards: Celebrating Creativity for a Better World

Creative Conscience Awards is a global not-for-profit organization that celebrates creativity and innovation for positive change. The organization believes that creative thinking can make the world a better place, and it encourages individuals to use their talents to create solutions to social, environmental, and ethical issues.

The Creative Conscience Awards was founded in 2012 by Chrissy Levett, who wanted to create an awards program that recognized the power of creativity in making a difference. Since then, the organization has grown into a community of creatives from all over the world who are passionate about using their skills for good.

The awards program is open to students and graduates from all creative disciplines, including design, advertising, architecture, fashion design, film-making and more. The competition invites participants to submit projects that address social or environmental issues such as poverty alleviation or climate change.

The judging panel consists of industry professionals who have experience in various fields such as advertising agencies like Ogilvy & Mather or Wieden+Kennedy; media companies like BBC Worldwide; non-profit organizations like Greenpeace International; and academic institutions like Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design.

Winners receive recognition for their work through media coverage on platforms such as BBC News or Huffington Post UK. They also receive mentorship opportunities with industry professionals who can help them develop their careers further.

Creative Conscience Awards also offers workshops where participants can learn new skills related to sustainability practices or ethical business practices. These workshops are designed to help creatives understand how they can use their talents for good while still maintaining profitability in their businesses.

In addition to its awards program and workshops, Creative Conscience Awards also hosts events where members of its community can network with each other. These events provide opportunities for creatives from different backgrounds and disciplines to collaborate on projects together.

One notable project that came out of Creative Conscience Awards was the "Bee Friendly" campaign. The campaign was created by a team of students from the University of the Arts London who wanted to raise awareness about the decline in bee populations. The team created a series of posters that encouraged people to plant flowers that bees like and provided information on how to create bee-friendly habitats.

The "Bee Friendly" campaign received widespread media coverage, including features in publications such as The Guardian and Creative Review. It also won several awards, including a D&AD New Blood Pencil award.

Overall, Creative Conscience Awards is an organization that celebrates creativity for positive change. Its awards program, workshops, and events provide opportunities for creatives to use their talents for good while also connecting with others who share their passion for making a difference.
