I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent change in schedule for our lesson. With all due respect, this abrupt alteration lacks professionalism, particularly considering that we have another course scheduled with your company at 5:30pm. It is disheartening to note the frequency of unusual incidents that have transpired in the past. The first incident occurred when one of your teachers attempted to conduct a class despite being unable to use his voice to communicate effectively with the students. Subsequently, another incident arose when a disruptive student in the class exhibited an extreme tantrum. Today, we experienced yet another incident with the sudden change of class time. I sincerely urge your management to carefully consider my complaint. As parents, we are committed to finding a reputable online technical school that prioritizes the seriousness of learning. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
