A retail shop is a four wall structure filled with products which the owner of the shop presents to its customers for them to discover, enjoy and buy.
Over the years, my experience at Crave have been more than it being a shop and more than the products that are available to buy. My visits there have always been made extremely special and memorable by Crave's lovely Debbie and Kim - both these gorgeous ladies have given me amazing customer service, made me feel so absolutely welcome and they always have time for me! Their smiling faces, super friendly personality and their positive vibes is what makes Crave special!
An excellent retail experience is not just in the products it delivers. It is in the excellent service the staff members deliver and Debbie and Kim - YOU HAVE BOTH DELIVERED AND CONTINUE TO DO SO!!!! Thank You Both!
You are amazing!!!!!!

Beautiful store & products however there is one women in here that I have found to be so rude. One occasion my 2 year old son i brought in to choose a toy, which he was holding and playing with while I looked around for a gift and the women snatched it out of his hands and said to me "that is an expensive toy it is not for playing with" really...it was $12 and it was a toy i thought toys were for playing with, despite this she assumed i was just letting him walk around with a store toy without the intention of buying it, where she should have asked. Possibly a bit pretentious to work in this store, and god forbid she is the owner!

Lovely little store with really nice items including homeware, furnishings, baby items and stationery. Lots of modern and contemporary items with some unique pieces too. Great presentation and design in-store serves as home inspiration and a good place to find a gift. My experience with the staff has always been really positive with staff being really welcoming, friendly and helpful.
