Great experience! Facility is clean and updated, the class had a great coach, the class it's self has already proven useful, I learned a lot and made great professional connections.

I was amazed at this location. I loved the experience of going to one of my training sessions at this location. The modernization of this building is just amazing and the convenience of having so many access points to charge our electronic devices and enjoy a snack is great :-) and, if you don't want to enjoy anything that they have in thewide variety of snacks that they have to choose from in their little break area, you're right across the street from a very well-designed strip mall that has a little bit of everything to choose from for lunch and to pick up groceries after the work day.

CPS administers the State Exam for the Secretary of the State for a Notary Commission. Why it takes them 15 business days to run the scantron through the system to generate a score is beyond me! Very disappointing! Hopefully the SOS will contract with a more proactive company soon!!!

CPS HR Consulting is a money maker. These guys contract with whom they believe are "experts" in the given field. Their "experts" are retired workers who are 10 years behind present day practice. They offer terrible coffee and hot cocoa as if its a plus for being there. Their facility is nice as usual but its because of how much companies (mainly the state it seems) pump money into their consulting. These guys make loads of money yet they cant even afford a decent coffee machine with some snacks. I may just be sour because I didnt think of this business plan years ago!

Facilities are pretty great. My instructor was amazing. I learned a lot.

The classrooms are really nice and the chairs are the best! I only took 1 class, Barbara T. For the grammar intensive class is great!

I called in to ask a question regarding exam payment method and the voice response system gave me the option to hold for a representative and that I should be aware that due to call volumes, wait times may be increased. No problem. I can wait. After exactly 15 minutes and 36 seconds of being on hold, the voice response system comes back and tells me to call at a later time and disconnects the call. My time is valuable, just as yours is. Such inconsideration for the customer.

I take many classes here. Some trainers are better than others, but almost every time I am happy with their services

The trainer was very unprepared barely discussing the fines and verbiage in an organized and accurate manner. I'd suggest going over the materials and self learning. The more retakes,pencils and high lighters they can sell the better business opportunities they get. I would not recommend this company by the time you pay all the hidden fees its about the same as an where else

Today is the 16th day since I took the Notary exam. They canceled my exam in May due to Corona virus. As soon as I rescheduled it, I did.
Day of the exam they REQUIRED masks for everyone to gain entry to the room. We had to get there 45 minutes early. We all got in and they were about to start the clock and a lady walked in (late) WITHOUT mask. I was not a happy camper. We were required to wear one and this lady was let in without one and late....... They started the clock and we all started this test, which is VERY difficult. About 5 minutes into the test the grumpy proctor went up to the lady and asked her to leave. Why in the world would they have let her in, in the first place? it was ridiculously distracting and bad practice for the rest of us who were in there.
I left feeling really upset. I schedualed the test again, just in case I don't pass. I have the confirmation. Now, 16 days later I have not heard ANYTHING from this awful company about this important test. IT'S A SCANTRON!!! Why are they this slow to grade the tests!? So I check my "portal" and see that they canceled the test I had registered for August 23rd. I DIDN"T EVEN GET AN EMAIL!!!! I'M SOOOOOOOOO UPSET!!! THIS IS AN AWFUL HORRIBLE COMPANY!
