I recently ordered some tiles for my renovation project. The selection was decent, but the delivery process left much to be desired. 📦 It took longer than expected, and communication was lacking, which caused some frustration. Also, the color wasn't quite as it appeared online, leading to some challenges in matching with my design. While the tiles themselves are of good quality, the overall experience could definitely use improvement. 🛠️ I hope they can enhance their customer service to match the quality of their products.
