Great experience with Josh! I have had an agreed value policy on one of my vehicles for a bit with CoVerica and just added the the rest of my cars and home. Josh was very patient explaining the options and finding the right coverage for us. I would highly recommend giving Josh and CovVerica an opportunity to protect your assets.
Very poor communication. Allow policies to come within days of lapsing before contacting clients. Will not send loss-runs when requested either. Loss-runs are necessary when seeking quotes from other carriers, so is this their customer retention strategy?

Josh and the CoVerica team are THE ABSOLUTE BEST in the business. I have been in the professional services domain for nearly 25 years, and have not come across such a quality team/organization - they are focused on optimizing for their clients, are extremely through, are super fast in terms of their communications and actions, are extremely thorough, and are just wonderful people to work with. I moved all of my policies (auto, home, umbrella, etc.) once I started working with them.
