gilroy covenant care:I rate this 1star,nurses seems not know what they are doing,hidding watching tv in res. room,slepping 2hours or more in res. room 3-11 shift in station4,talking to cell phone 2 -6hours/day especially amale nurse in statio4,calling nursing assistant STUPID if reporting unusual things.DON NOT freindly to res./family,not seen doing rounds before hidding in her office,nursing supp. in sta.3&4 leaving facility occ.,the new adm. seems sitting in his chair all day,seems not aware of what is going on in his facility.Residents/family needs/concerns not being met/satisfied,I HAVE TO TRANSFER MY MOM TO A DIFFERENT FACILITY,my mom was a res. in sta 4......,hoping things will change in a better ways.
