Would give this negative stars if I could... WORST service I ve ever been given in my entire life. Don t waste your money or time on this joke of a company. Extremely unprofessional. I ordered a countertop from them and was told that it would be in and ready well before a party that I had planned to host at my house a month later. I left a number of messages trying to get an update on the status of the countertop, no one ever returned my calls. After the THIRD call, a woman finally returned my call and was absolutely useless and had no information for me. Her responses were I think we got your order but I m not sure when it will be in I had to go into the store to speak to an actual person and not a answering me machine. I was then told by the owner that the ordered was delayed and I should be in Thursday but that he would give me a call either way. Thursday comes, nothing. I call on Friday and of course, have to leave a message. The useless woman calls me back and says I can pick it Monday. MIND YOU, this is 4 days before I m suppose to have 30+ people at my house. When I voiced my irritation and frustration, they told me they have no control over when it will come it. But before PROMISED it would be in WELL before the party. Her response to me politely say how inconvenient this all was ... not sure what you want me to say .
GARBAGE. Don t waste your time. They don t deserve your business.

Don't know why anyone had a problem with these people. I've used them several times now and have had nothing but professionalism and good quality.

Frank is the best... excellent workmanship. Always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied.

The little guy was real nice VERY short,but a real nice guy. Great work as well.

Frank and Cindy, and their craftsman are the best. Had them do my do my kitchen 5years ago and people can t believe my countertops are laminate. Starting another project and they were both helpful with some unique my new challenges and solutions.

Frank has helped me out on many counters over the years for my commercial business. In my mind, he is Mr Counter; his quality is excellent, his scheduling is accurate and he's a super guy to deal with too. Hard to believe the negative reviews, must be another Frank, not the one I know

Antonea Smith's review couldn't be more dishonest. She should consider writing fiction for a living. I guess when there's no consequences you can say anything you want.

Can't say enough good things about Frank Martello and Countertop Creations! You can't go wrong with him. I have gorgeous marble-look countertops with an undermount sink. People think they are quartz.

Perfect from start to finish!! Highly recommend! Installers went above and beyond.

Cindy and Frank provide AP Plumbing with great quality countertops for our remodeling division. Their workmanship is mint, lead times are less than other providers and most importantly I can trust them in my customers homes and businesses. You won't find a better laminate provider in Rochester.

These guys are the real deal. They are responsive, personable, and take the time to work with their customers. While they had to jump through a few hoops for us, (sorry) they were always patient and jovial. they just wanted to know how they could help us. It was a genuine pleasure working with them and I would recommend them 100%! You will not be disappointed.

Owner is friendly prices are good for great quality work.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer relations were terrible and the product was sub-par. I would not recommend using this vendor to friends or family (or anonymous people on the Internet).

IV installed many tops manufactured by this vendor. Tops are of the highest quality. Hands down best laminate vendor in the rochester area.
