This is a total rip off and I, nor would my company recommend their services to anyone! Read their terms and conditions carefully if you make the mistake of considering this service. They have reps who call and pester companies looking to get any information that they can obtain.
CoStar Group gives me a platform to market my Commercial Listings. They call me to verify information. It doesn't cost me anything for the service that I have been getting. It has been helpful during listing appointments to be able to tell the Seller that it is listed where the Commercial Agents look.

A Wonderful Company within itself had the pleasure of working for them as a contract security professional. They really take care of their security staff it were the security staff who weren't taking care of each other it was every man for themselves so sad.
Great company for those seeking information on commercial properties. They have a thorough research process that involves direct owner/broker contact. Best source for verified information on current listings and data.
Treat their photographers horribly and make them drive off the clock to and from work in the company car. They make them deliver the car home for free, interfering with personal time after work. In your own car you are free to do whatever after work, but CoStar says take it home AND we won't pay you. Taking an hour away from their families every day for no reason.
Hey you know some cities have NOISE ABATEMENT in place and your pilots don't give a sh!t! You guys spent an hour over our town with your pilot who 100% disregarded the town.
