The company sources its grains from local farmers, ensuring that they are of the highest quality. Their whiskey line includes bourbon (aged at least two years), rye (aged at least three years), single malt (aged at least four years) all aged in charred oak barrels giving them deep flavors like vanilla mixed with toasted oak notes making them perfect for sipping neat or mixing into classic cocktails like Old Fashioneds or Manhattans
Finally their brandy line includes apple brandy aged at least two years giving it crisp apple flavors mixed with warm spices making it perfect as an after-dinner drink served neat alongside dessert
