From the initial introduction to Rob until the clean up these guys are serious. The financing was more than reasonable when I compare with family who have had the same work done. Plans offered are well worth the yearly costs going forward and the maintenance schedule are all a plus. The new unit is very quiet and smart looking. In summation let me just say I would do business with Coolray and recommend them anytime to anybody.

I am pretty sure that people placing these glowing reviews do not realize that Coolray is double the price of other places in town.
This week we had the fan on our outside unit go out.
The unit is only a few years old so the part was covered under warranty so all of the cost was labor. The cost $697. When I asked how long it was going to take the tech said about an hour (by my math this is $700 per hour). We paid the service fee and told Coolray we would get back to them.
I called the HVAC company that we used to use (we had stopped using them because it sometimes took a few days for them to get out which is rough in the middle of summer.) $324 for the same work. Still expensive but less than half the cost.
When I called the customer service for Coolray and asked why the cost was so high, they seemed not all that interested in talking to me. I guess they have so much business they can charge what they want.

Last week, Coolray was unable to be at my home during the scheduled window of time. A representative called me immediately, and we rescheduled for today with an hour window of time (rather than 3 hours). Joseph called me when he was on his way, and he arrived promptly. Not only was he extremely professional and willing to educate me on what he was doing, but he was also very cordial. Plus I learned he was also from NC.

Jay, Seth, Justin & Eric were an incredible team!! I can't say enough about how professional, knowledgeable and courteous they were throughout our entire experience. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with work being done on my home. If I could have this team for every project, I would in a heartbeat!

Clifford Brooks from Coolray/Mr. Plumber/Britebox Electrical came out to see if I could have a walk-in tub installed. He was professional, on-time and extremely knowledgeable. He worked with the bathtub company and kept me informed along the way. I appreciate all of the work he did!
Early arrival, proactive estimate for future maintenance. Fixed the system flaw so the air cooler works properly. Friendly, courteous. Moving forward I will use them for my rentals!

JP is the best agent I have ever had. I've told him if he ever leaves, I will go with him for my business needs. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He has my best interest at heart. Sadly, there aren't many like JP out there anymore!

We ve been using Coolray Heating and Air for years. We have an annual maintenance agreement with them. We have lived in this house over 30 years and during that time, we have had to replace both A/C units and one furnace. We knew we were due to replace the original furnace . On our scheduled furnace maintenance visit last Friday, the technician confirmed our fears. We decided to bite the bullet, and the technician called the office and an hour later, a Coolray representative was at our house and showed us the options available. He did not pressure us in any way, which I appreciate. This was last Friday. He said that installers were available next day, but we weren t home that day. We scheduled for Monday morning. The installers were on time and completed the install around noon. They were great and cleaned everything up . We are pleased with our experience

I called Coolray to service our AC units. Patrick was a great technician. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I completely understood everything he was doing. In my 21 years of owning a home, he was the most professional and knowledgeable I have worked with.

The crew was very professional and respectful in our home. We had the entire HVAC system replaced and 3 new intake ducts installed. I saw them removing the heating units from the attic piece-by-piece, but I could barely hear them. They really didn't make a lot of loud noises. I am also impressed how thoroughly they cleaned up after themselves. I inspected the work and there was no debris left behind.
